Born into a family that valued craftsmanship and culture, Firehwoit discovered her passion for hair early — first sitting beside the women of her family as they wove intricate braids by candlelight, later refining her blade work in the bustling salons of Addis Ababa.
Two decades and two continents later, she leads FB Barber & Braiding in Minneapolis — bringing surgical fade precision and centuries-old braiding traditions under one roof.
